  1. Not a Philly Poet, a Cleveland area Poet, in Love with a woman in Philly. and wanted to get this poem out there, and maybe get my poetry portfolio out there.
    --------------------------------------
    Feeling

    A Bit burned out
    But hanging in there
    missing the kiss
    the spark
    the unbridled passion
    of woman
    to awaken me
    to re-energize me
about to drift off to sleep
    wondering
    what I will dream of
    what the new day
    will bring
    when I awaken
    Feeling
So tired of the lonely nights
    Needing a Vacation
    Needing a release
    Needing the one my heart
    Bleeds for
    and my Soul Aches for
    Needing the one
    who told me
    She wanted to kiss me
    Needing the one
    that brings me into Balance
    Needing you
    Chayil
    Needing the one
who brings Joy to my heart
    and Euphoria to my Soul
The one who Lives and Works
    in Philly.
You had me from the Start
    Your Beauty, and my love
for you grew slowly day by day
    Its been about a year
since we have known each other
the ups and downs we have
    shared.
    The near misses in being
    together in reality
I don't want to wait until Tomorrow
    How do I show you
a woman I have never met
    what you mean to me
You breath new life into me
    you give me hope
    you give me confidence
You give me feelings I have never felt before
    I look into your eyes
    and I see a paradise
We share so much in common
and I want to share so much with you
Feeling lost without the phone calls
    lost without the emails
This is not april fools joke
I just wanted you to finally know
    How deeply you are missed
    How profoundly you have touched
my heart, my soul, my being
    this past year of Correspondence.
    With Affection
    Mike, aka Meren aka Merseus
    waiting
to hear from you again Chayil

    MJ Meren
